Cabin 7 Belinda says, "This is true" Cabin 7 Mary says, "so far you can walk all the way from cabin 1 to here." Corridor 1 Duke rises back, and answers just as sharply, "Have we lost everything? A war, lives upon lives, are only lost if one concedes the victory to the enemy. If it were true that we had lost everything, and for all eternity it will remain so, then I would play a different tune. But I will concede nothing in the matter of lost; merely, I suppose, taken. We are fled. Land. Lives... Death comes." Cabin 7 Belinda says, "Interesting" Cabin 7 Mary says, "I only started doing it as I couldn't get into mine." Cabin 7 Belinda says, "You couldn't?" Cabin 7 Mary says, "so I tried another and could, then got to mine from there. Will once IN it, I walked out and back in." Cabin 7 Mary says, "will= well." Corridor 1 Barbra says, "Mere wordplay is no way to fight a war." Cabin 7 Belinda says, "I see." Cabin 7 Mary says, "then I was curious as to just how far these run." Cabin 7 Belinda says, "I wonder why your door was locked?" Cabin 7 Mary says, "I don't know. Which made me curious to get into it." Corridor 1 Duke says, "Would you prefer a sword in hand? I have no meager experience with a sword, and I can tell you that the exercise of the mind must come first. But perhaps you should prefer to jump headlong in, carrying sword or rifle; I shall not." Cabin 7 Belinda says, "Could you open the door from the inside?" Cabin 7 Mary says, "I also wondered if they were all alike. They are." Cabin 7 Mary says, "yes.. and once in the corridor, I could get back in." Cabin 7 Belinda says, "One can only expect so much of a train." Cabin 7 Belinda says, "So it must have been locked from the inside." Cabin 7 Mary says, "I also found the dinning car and the lounge car." Cabin 7 Mary says, "OH" Cabin 7 Mary says, "I'd not thought of that." Corridor 1 Duke raises a hand slightly, and then remarks, "This is, of course, speaking from weeks recent. It is not so long ago that I stood on the other side of the enemy's front, fighting across; and I stand here, having prepared and then taken action." Cabin 7 Belinda says, "The Lounge car sounds good. Can't meet many people in a cabin, now can we?" Cabin 7 Mary says, "I met you. First one." Lounge Prompett looks about as he comes in, he smiles politely for a moment in his odd movement. "Well Chaps, it appears most of you are assembled, we have some ghastly business afoot." Lounge Belinda looks at the speaker with interest. Lounge Mary looks up at Prompett, surprised, "what do you mean?" Lounge Jean-Pierre looks a Barbra, "You should be pleased to at least escape the Deutschen" Corridor 2 Duke leaves and walks towards the lounge. Lounge Duke enters from the corridor 2. Lounge Duke has arrived. Lounge Duke leaves and walks towards the dining car. Lounge Duke has left. Dining Car Duke has arrived. GM TO ALL: All in the lounge please.. Lounge Barbra points out. "I escaped. My life is stil back there," Dining Car Duke leaves and walks towards the lounge. Lounge Duke enters from the dining car. Lounge Duke has arrived. Lounge Prompett says, "I am Colonel T. M. Prompett, I am liason attache to the General -- he asked me to fill you all in on whats been happening. Yes, the nazi's have invaded Paris, and theres no going back there, so I suppose dear chaps that we're just going to have to place you under arrest." Lounge Mary says, "and barely I think. I thought there was a problem with the train at first arriving."" Lounge Duke nods delicately in the direction of all currently present. Lounge Belinda says, "Under arrest?"" Lounge Jean-Pierre looks at Prompett sharply. Lounge Mary says, "huh?" Lounge Mary says, "why?" Lounge Duke allows himself to double-take. "Excuse me?" Lounge Mary says, "for getting out of Paris?" Lounge Duke says, "Does your government propose to punish us for fleeing those maniacs? Lounge Belinda says, "Hardly seems like an arrestable offense." Lounge Barbra looks around. Lounge [OOC] Jean-Pierre nodes Vishy France was run by the Germans. Lounge Prompett says, "Oh yes, did I forget to mention, there's been a ghastly murder in Cabin No 9, a lady never the less, I would of thought we'd have better things to do with our time. We've isolated it down to you chaps, it could of been no-one else. A sack was thrown from the train with a body in it. A spy I believe named Fiona Fae Tahlle. It couldn't of been anyone else you see, the general and his boys were up the front, and no-one else was around." Lounge Barbra says, "This is a perfect end to today." Lounge Belinda says, "A Spy?" Lounge Barbra says, "Fiona is dead?" Lounge Jean-Pierre nods to Belinda, "Our host, Number Nine" Lounge Mary says, "Fiona?" Lounge Duke swallows, slowly, and says, "Indeed? Fiona, a spy? I cannot imagine such." Lounge Mary says, "you sure it was Fiona?" Lounge Idelle laughs haughtily. "If a body was thrown from the train in a sack, how would you know about it? I don't recall us making any stops since we left Paris." Lounge Belinda looks sharply at the Colonel, "And what if she were dead before we got on the train?" Lounge Barbra looks at Idelle oddly. Lounge Duke raises his head slightly, skyward, and murmurs something. He looks down, and, eyes shut partway, remarks, "Who would do such a thing? Who could be sufficiently bloodthirsty to commit such a crime?" Lounge Prompett says, "From what I've heard, a rather dangerous one. I dispise spies myself, they tend to get in the way and make false stories about you. It seems that the General got this mysterious letter, unsigned that is, that a murder had taken place in Cabin No 9. We had to check it out you understand although it seemed likely. When we arrived it appeared the door was locked, we had to get Jean-Pierre here to open the door. It was a ghastly sight, blood splatted everywhere." Conductors Station Malcolm has arrived. Lounge Duke removes a handkerchief from his pocket and coughs lightly into it, slightly discolored. Conductors Station Malcolm leaves and walks towards the corridor 1. Corridor 1 Malcolm has arrived. Lounge Jean-Pierre nods. Corridor 1 Malcolm leaves and walks towards the cabin 5. Cabin 5 Malcolm has arrived. Cabin 5 Malcolm leaves and walks towards the corridor 1. Corridor 1 Malcolm has arrived. Corridor 1 Malcolm leaves and walks towards the corridor 2. Corridor 2 Malcolm has arrived. Corridor 2 Malcolm leaves and walks towards the lounge. Lounge Malcolm enters from the corridor 2. Lounge Malcolm has arrived. Lounge Mary looks around nerviously at the others, "how do you kow if was one of us?" Lounge Duke wonders, "Why has it been narrowed to us? Do we have any evidence of who or what could have performed the crime?" Lounge Jean-Pierre says, "Who else could it have been?" Lounge Malcolm glances about the lounge, "Is this where the party is?" Lounge Barbra says, "How do you know someone didn't kill her before we left, plant her by the train tracks, then send you the letter?" Lounge Duke remarks, quickly, "We don't even know if Fiona were still alive when we boarded. I for one had not yet seen her." Lounge Prompett says, "Of course, we aren't going to be able to help you chaps much until we come to our destination. If the murder comes forward now we can put this all to a end, however, it must be told chaps that it's simply not English to kill a lady in such a fashion. I guess we're going to have to find out whos behind this whole mess aren't we chaps?" Lounge Barbra nods to the Duke. Conductors Station Khover has arrived. Lounge Malcolm pauses to absorb the ongoing conversation bits. Lounge Prompett says, "Oh you see Duke, we know that Fiona was onboard at some stage during the journey, murdered or not. Whoever's commited the crime is in this room, and I for one have the General's blessing to find out who." Lounge Duke says, "It is not appropriate to detain us in such a fashion, when there is no evidence to suggest that we are, indeed, guilty. I demand, sir, that you allow us to act in a fashion as befits our status and our privileges as citizens of modern, rather than savage, nations." Lounge Prompett says, "Perhaps then sir, you'd care to check the cabin in question. Theres nothing like seeing the evidence with your own two eyes now is there." Lounge Duke shrugs. "Indeed. We know she was on board; but was she alive, I ask you?" he says flatly, emphasizing the word 'alive' slightly. Lounge Barbra mutters, under her breath. "As of today, I apparently *am* a citizen of a savage nation, or so Germany claims." Lounge Jean-Pierre says, "What makes you think the murderer has not since departed the train?" Lounge Duke delicately nods at Barbra. "Indeed... assuming we accept their claims." Lounge Prompett says, "You must understand that the train has made no other stops during the journey. And there were troops located between here and the other outposts, it's quite clear that no-body jumped off the train, therefore it must be one of you chaps." Lounge Barbra says, "It as easily could be you." Conductors Station Khover leaves and walks towards the corridor 1. Corridor 1 Khover has arrived. Lounge Malcolm says, "And why only the chaps? Why not the dames? Or is that too undignified to propose?" Lounge Jean-Pierre says, "Clear? How so?" Lounge Mary says, "one of us?" Lounge Prompett says, "Ahh, but dear lady, we're already worked that out. We were in the front of the train, where the General and a dozen other troops were sitting, if I was going about killing we'd easily know. Also Jean-Pierre here was sitting in his conductors station, and theres no way past him except through him." Lounge Barbra looks at Malcolm. "I am not a 'dame', even if that comes from French." Lounge Duke shakes his head in disbelief. "I cannot believe that such demands are being made of me." Lounge Mary says, "you propose a lady could have killed her and then carried her over to the ..the whereever and thrown her off the train?" Lounge Barbra says, "Nor am I a 'broad' or a 'chick'." Lounge Belinda says, "Yes, Barbra, but are you a 'chap'?" Corridor 1 Khover leaves and walks towards the cabin 9. Cabin 9 Khover has arrived. Cabin 9 Khover leaves and walks towards the corridor 1. Corridor 1 Khover has arrived. Lounge Duke says, "Given present company, I think we can safely say that none of us committed the crime, and so therefore it is as ludicrous to suggest a 'chap' did it as a 'dame'." Lounge Barbra says, "Of course not." Corridor 1 Khover leaves and walks towards the corridor 2. Corridor 2 Khover has arrived. Corridor 2 Khover leaves and walks towards the lounge. Lounge Khover enters from the corridor 2. Lounge Khover has arrived. Lounge Belinda shrugs. "I didn't think so." Lounge Duke cracks his knuckles slightly. Lounge Khover casualy walks in from the doorway. Lounge Barbra says, "I do, however, admit it might as easily be a woman as a man who did it." Lounge Barbra thinks. "Except for me, because I know I did not kill anyone." Lounge Duke nods. "I agree." Lounge Malcolm mocks Mary, putting the back of his hand to his brow limply, "Oh, po' li'l ol' me could nevah' do such a thang." He stops the mockery, "Gimme a break, lady." Lounge Prompett says, "Perhaps then sir, you can tell me why over the last few weeks we've been seeing a mass building of your troops. I mean no civilised person would be considering even creating such a invasion force." Lounge Prompett says, "British intelligence has been monitoring you for some time sir, and it has become quite clear that you are as ruthless to pull off such a awful crime. I suspect you'd murder everyone in this room without a second thought." Lounge Mary says, "well one of us would know if Fiona was actually IN her cabin or not while the train was moving?" Lounge Duke nods. "Fair point, albeit not necessarily on the topic. You'll notice that that "invasion force," as you call it, barely survived making it to Paris. As for the second charge, I think it is safe to say that, to be successful, one must be perceived as ruthless and yet have a conscience that allows one to act appropriately, and morally, without being thought of as incapable." Lounge Jean-Pierre observes the arguments being put forward by the other guests calmly. Lounge Malcolm says, "barely made it, eh? Sounds like a cover statement for 'it was successful'." Lounge Duke says, "If indeed Fiona were alive, I suggest that someone would have seen her. Have any of us present seen the lady?" Lounge Khover says, "Maybe she jumped the train for some unknown reason...." Lounge Belinda says, "No I, and I was so looking forward to meeting her." Lounge Mary resays her remark ...without making it appear as a question. "er... one of us knows if she was IN her cabin. Barbra does. Lounge Duke shakes his head. "Perhaps you may believe so, sir, but I think I have proven my loyalty to my country. I've reported to High Command since arriving in Paris." Lounge Malcolm arches an eyebrow in Barbra's direction. Lounge Barbra looks around, "I do?" Lounge Duke looks at Barbra. "Do you?" Lounge Prompett says, "In a heasen bag, I doubt even she'd have the nerve to jump off in such a contramption, and what about the letter, which clearly stated that a murder had transgressed onboard that was delivered to the General" Lounge Barbra says, "Well, yes, I do." Lounge Duke says, "Could the letter not have been planted, Col. Prompett?" Lounge Barbra says, "I was looking for her, and went to her cabin. It was unlocked, and she was not inside." Lounge Mary says, "I noticed you ener her Cabin about 5:20, when a lot of us were looking out the windows." Lounge Barbra says, "At that time, though, I assumed she was simply somewhere else on the train." Lounge Prompett says, "There you see chaps, we have proof that it must of been one of you fellows that did this drastic deed." Lounge Duke says, "In light of that information... at what time did you enter the cabin, Col. Prompett?" Lounge Belinda says, "Wait...Barbra just said that Fiona was NOT in her cabin..." Lounge Duke amends his statement. "At what time did you AND YOUR MEN enter the cabin, Col. Prompett?" Lounge Mary says, "so she was already killed and thrown off before then." Lounge Barbra looks at Mary. "You have caught me. I confess. I killed her, and threw her out the window, because at my last party, she keep making off color jokes." Lounge Malcolm says, "Again with the fellows, Prompett? Your pompous bigotry is certain to foil your investigation." Lounge Barbra says, "Can we be serious here?" Lounge Duke is taken aback. "How could someone joke about such a deed?" Lounge Khover says, "Can we ascertain how she died?" Lounge Mary chuckles at Barra's remark. Lounge Barbra says, "How can someone accuse me of killing my friend?" Lounge Belinda says, "But Mary, Barbra didn't say that she saw anything wrong with Fiona's cabin, just that she wasn't there." Lounge Barbra says, "She wasn't dead then, not there was blood everwhere." Lounge Khover says, "She could of possibly been poisoned, which could mean the murder is not even on the train." Lounge [OOC] Barbra puts an 'if' in there. Lounge Malcolm says, "So, basically, no one's seen Fiona, alive or dead. Correct?" Lounge Duke twists his mouth slightly. "But there was indeed blood in the cabin when Col. Prompett entered? At what hour did you enter, by the way, Colonel?" Lounge Jean-Pierre says, "From the state of her Cabin, it is unlikely she was poisoned." Lounge Mary says, "right! Did anyone else see her after that? IF not she must have been dead before that and thrown off the train before Barbra entered it." Lounge Duke nods. "I've not, for one." Lounge Barbra says, "Well, *some* people have seen her dead, but not anyone on this train." Lounge Malcolm says, "Hearsay." Lounge Barbra asks, "If she was dead then, where did the blood come from?" Lounge Jean-Pierre nods. Lounge Barbra looks at Malcolm. "Good point! We don't even know she's dead." Lounge Duke says, "Many manufactured substances can be made to look like blood, if someone were sufficiently malicious to want to incriminate one or all of us." Lounge Malcolm says, "So, we have a mystery: Where's our hostess?" Lounge Duke raises his left hand slightly. "Should we, perhaps, go attend to the room, ascertain that it is indeed blooded?" Lounge Khover says, "Water, red dye and corn starch makes a very good simile." Lounge Malcolm glances around the room at the guests assembled, "Any one of us could be Fiona in disguise." Lounge Jean-Pierre says, "We do not want to contaminate the crime scene" Lounge Barbra nods to the Duke. "And, perhaps we should all go togther, in case someone is a murderer." Lounge Barbra says, "Don't be insane, Malcolm. If I was Fiona, where would I be?" Lounge Duke says, "So we open the door, and look inside, one by one, without entering." Lounge Jean-Pierre nods. Lounge Malcolm says, "Why not enter?" Lounge Jean-Pierre says, "Contamination" Lounge Duke nods. "Indeed. That would be worse than not seeing the scene." Lounge Prompett drops Incident Report. Lounge Malcolm says, "If, indeed, it *is* a 'crime scene'." Lounge Prompett says, "There, as you can see on this piece of paper clearly outlines the incident report involved with this matter." Lounge Barbra looks at the incident report. Lounge Duke says, "Is the conclusion really a well-founded conclusion?" Lounge Mary looks pale, "why not the Duke and the Colonel go? I don't want to see a bloody cabin. Lounge Barbra says, "I have one comment to make. The knife hole in the wall between 8 and 9 was there when I went in." Lounge Prompett says, "Of course, can you find any fault with this incident report Duke, I must note that Cabin no 8 is your cabin where narrow slice is perturding from." Lounge Barbra says, "In fact, there was a knife stickng though it, from the other side." Lounge Duke nods. "Indeed. It was there when I entered my cabin." Lounge Duke says, "And reading the incident report, you'll note that a hole entered from the other side of the cabin as well." Lounge Barbra says, "Can we assume she was, in fact, thown from the window?" Lounge Belinda says, "Goodness, then why didn't you see any blood?" Lounge Mary says, "a sack?" Lounge Barbra says, "And the cabin was, as the report says, a complete mess." Lounge Mary says, "now big a sack?" Lounge Duke says, "I saw no blood upon entering, nor is there any blood currently. It isn't much of a slit." Lounge Barbra says, "I assumed there had been some sort of fight." GM TO ALL: Weyland will be arriving in about half an hour, so do without him for a little while :) Lounge Mary says, "Wey had a sack." Lounge Barbra says, "Yes, yes he did." Lounge [OOC] Mary says, "oops." Lounge Duke says, "According to the report, it appears that it was not done through either of the two holes, unless the perpetrator deliberately sullied the crime scene." Lounge [OOC] Mary says, "shoudl I have waited for Wey to arrive?" Lounge [OOC] Belinda says, "Dunno" Lounge [OOC] Khover says, "What's the report?" Lounge Barbra nods to Duke. "If she was stabbed though a wall, there really was no reason to trash the room. Plus, that seems unlikely." Lounge [OOC] Barbra says, "Assume a table." Lounge Jean-Pierre says, "perhaps the room was disturbed by the murderer looking for something?" Lounge Mary says, "unless the murder was looking for something." Lounge Jean-Pierre nods. Lounge Khover says, "The murder dosen't sound too profesional." Lounge Belinda says, "And what would the murderer be looking for?" Lounge Mary chuckles at Jean-Pierre, speaking the same time/thing as her. Lounge Duke nods. "I still refuse to believe it was one of us." Lounge Jean-Pierre says, "If she was a spy then there could have been anything." Lounge Duke adds to Jean-Pierre's statement, "In which case... our security may have been compromised, as a nation and individually, as well." Lounge Khover says, "Yes, she didn't seem to be of the type of person that one can trust." Lounge Khover says, "As all we know she might be working for the Germans." Lounge Malcolm says, "Well, considering the broken glass from the window was reported to be inside on the carpet... doesn't that mean someone might have broken in, from the outside, and done all the rest?" Lounge Malcolm says, "Sorta takes the rest of us off the hook, doesn't it?" Lounge Mary says, "oh ..I forgot about that new information. You SURE she was a spy? I know it was always rumored. But if you believe every rumor..???" Lounge Khover says, "Except if someone climbed over the roof and broke into her cabin." Lounge Barbra says, "Then unlocked the door and walked out." Lounge Barbra says, "Which explains why I could walk in...but, I really didn't see any blood. Her room was trashed before she was killed." Lounge Mary says, "talk about locked doors. Anyone question who locked us in our cabins?" Lounge Belinda says, "Maybe the killer was hiding in the room when you looked in Barbra...and waited for Fiona to return?" Lounge Malcolm glances at Mary, "I was wondering about that, too. I was locked in my cabin for quite some time." Lounge Barbra looks at Mary, startled. "Good point. That happened about 20 minutes after i went to see her." Lounge Barbra shudders at Belinda. Lounge Belinda says, "Just a thought, Barbra" Lounge Mary says, "yes. Barba, Wey, Mal, Idelle and I were all locked in." Lounge Khover says, "I bet when the killer ransacked the room Fiona wasn't in it, and than she walked in when the killer was still looking for something, and than whoever killed her." Lounge Barbra says, "Someone could have easily been hiding in the closet, I suppose." Lounge Belinda says, "I was locked in also." Lounge Duke nods. "Indeed." Lounge Barbra says, "No, Idella wasn't with us." Lounge Belinda says, "However, Duke, when my door was locked I knocked on the adjoining door to your room and go no response. Just where were you?" Lounge Idelle nods in agreement, the first time she's spoken in a while. "It was most mysterous. Our doors were all locked from the outside for some time." Lounge [OOC] Mary says, "sorry , my sheet said she was. :)" Lounge Barbra says, "No, you were, weren't you, Idella." Lounge Duke nods. "I was actually locked in the WC. I entered, and was locked inside." Lounge Barbra says, "I guess that lets you off the hook." Lounge Idelle arches an eyebrow. "I was too with you. We all met in your cabin through the side doors, remember?" Lounge Belinda says, "So he says... but how are we to really know?" Lounge Barbra says, "I suppose you were." Lounge Belinda says, "And why, Duke, in the WC when the rest of us were locked in our cabins?" Lounge Duke chuckles. "What does one do in a WC? I stepped outside of my cabin to ... relieve myself, and when I went to leave, I could not." Lounge [OOC] Malcolm says, "WC? Water Closet?" Lounge Several of the staff move items across the floor, bringing plates of deserts for everyone to enjoy. Lounge [OOC] Jean-Pierre says, "toilet" Lounge [OOC] Duke says, "Yeah. Bathroom." Lounge [OOC] Malcolm nods. Lounge Belinda says, "So who else was in your room?" Lounge Mary says, "yeah, even Mel and Wey yelled out to Khover, and didnt' get an answer." Lounge Idelle blushes a bit. "Please. There are ladies present and the talk is bad enough." Lounge Duke shrugs. "Who else was in my room? I haven't a clue, madame, only that it was not myself." Lounge Barbra nods to Mary. Lounge Khover says, "I think the sound of train on the tracks made me a bit dosey." Lounge Belinda says, "Well, I also knocked on Khover's door and didn't get an answer from there." Lounge Barbra says, "Might I also mention someone broke into my door about 10 minutes before that?" Lounge [OOC] Barbra says, "door=room" Lounge Malcolm says, "Here's a question to consider: Who could have locked us all in our cabins?" Lounge Malcolm glances toward Jean-Pierre. Lounge Belinda says, "So you're saying that you, Khover, didn't notice that your door was locked?" Lounge Barbra nods to Mal. "I wasn't even aware they could be locked from outside." Lounge Prompett says, "Well, I'd have this to say Chaps, that whoever it was would of have had to locked the doors all at the same time. Jean-Pierre here wasn't in this part of the train after 5:10pm, so if it happened after that we can't blame the poor fellow" Lounge Mary says, "or hear pounding and yelling?" Lounge Khover says, "I can get really out of it sometimes...." Lounge Jean-Pierre looks at Malcolm, "As the gentlemen of the legitimate military can attestify, I was in the conductors cabin at the time" Lounge Mary says, "hrmm." Lounge Duke looks ponderous a moment. "Well, we have a quandary before us, then." Lounge Khover says, "You know the officer to get off the train before I got on looked unusally refined for his rank." Lounge Jean-Pierre says, "I thought nobody had disembarked?" Lounge Belinda says, "What officer?" Lounge Mary says, "well if tales are being told. What was the sooty rope in your cabin for Mal, with noticable soot on your boots too?" Lounge Khover says, "The one who scurried off the Pullman Car" Lounge Barbra looks at Mal oddly. Lounge Belinda says, "Did anyone else see this officer?" Lounge Barbra rereads the incident report. Lounge Jean-Pierre did not. Lounge Barbra says, "I think we've all missed something here." Lounge Duke contemplates. "I don't believe I saw this officer... or if I did, I never paid any attention to him." Lounge Barbra says, "The body was thrown from the train at six o'clock." Lounge Khover says, "It was exactly at 3:30." Lounge Duke adds, "However, there was indeed an arrogant officer around on the grounds when I entered. Infuriating, the man's demeanor. However, I paid little attention to his dress." Lounge Prompett says, "WEll, that would of been way before the murder even toke place, while were still at the station back in Paris. You gentlemen were still boarding at that time." Lounge Malcolm says, "I do not deny the rope nor the soot, but I *was* in my car at the apparent time of this alleged crime. You were there with me, in fact." Lounge Malcolm says, "We were all locked in." Lounge Belinda says, "I don't remember it saying anything about WHEN she was thrown from the train." Lounge Barbra says, "We do not know the time." Lounge Barbra points to the incident report. Lounge Barbra says, "She was thrown overboard at about six o'clock." Lounge Mary says, "now do we know it was 6?" Lounge Belinda looks at the report again. Lounge Idelle says, "Well, they can compare where the body was found to the train's timetable, no?" Lounge Malcolm nods to Barbra, "6pm Lounge Barbra nods to Idelle. Lounge Mary looks over the report too. Lounge Duke says, "But have they, indeed, done so, is a relevant question to ask." Lounge Belinda says, "How do we know it was at 6pm?" Lounge Khover says, "Are you sure that the knife wound was the cause of death, or was it doen after she died?" Lounge Barbra asserts. "While I don't know much about trains, I do know they know roughly where a train is at all times. I could have been 5:55 or 6:05, but any later then that and we'd be off schedule." Lounge [OOC] Barbra says, "I=it." Lounge Prompett says, "There were no other wounds on her body to say, it was a knife wound directly to the chest. I would suggest that pretty much kill her straight away." Lounge Malcolm says, "The report says Jean-Pierre was seen leaving the car at 5:10pm. There was broken glass on the interior of the car -- as though someone entered from the outside." Lounge Belinda says, "And even if she was throw off at 6pm, couldn't she have been killed earlier than that?" Lounge Mary says, "where was she stabbed, that there was blood all over the cabin? It doesn't say she was all hacked up." Lounge Barbra nods to Belinda. Lounge Barbra says, "She could have died at anytime. but we know the murderer was alone at six o'clock." Lounge Jean-Pierre says, "Perhaps it was not the good ladies blood?" Lounge Barbra says, "Some of it, I am sure, was my blood." Lounge Belinda says, "And our doors were unlocked by 6." Lounge Khover says, "She might of defended herself with the bottle shards." Lounge Barbra says, "I caught myself on the saber protruding though the wall." Lounge Duke nods. "And were any of us not locked in our cabins or elsewhere at 6 o'clock?" Lounge Barbra points to a small scar in the back of her arm. "However, it didn't bleed much, and I didn't even have to change." Lounge Prompett says, "A sabre, does anyone here own a sabre? Obviously perhaps we've been missing something here, the sabre must of been the weapon of choice." Lounge Mary says, "the doors were unlocked at 5:50. Mal was going to force one finally, and found it unlocked by then." Lounge Belinda says, "I'm fairly certain that my door was unlocked about 10 minutes before 6." Lounge Khover says, "It could of been from that suspicous officer." Lounge Khover says, "If I remember correctly, a sabre is standard officer attire." Lounge Duke shrugs. "I do indeed own a saber. I carry it with me, and am currently doing so. You'll note," and he removes it, "that it is clean and free of blood, and that -- as I stated earlier -- I was locked in the WC." Lounge Barbra says, "I have to confess, i can't account for where I was at six. I went to go get a bit to eat, and took it back to my room." Lounge Khover says, "I think Weyland would have one." Lounge Idelle suggests, delicately, "Swords can be cleaned. And you /were/ alone, unlike some of us." Lounge Barbra says, "I have to point out, the sabre was sticking though the wall at 5:20." Lounge Barbra says, "When no one was locked anywhere." Lounge Prompett says, "However, the slash in your room would be accounted for by the sabre. And as someone just said, they were stabbed from a sabre which came from the hole in the room, very suspiciously the hole that was located near your room." Lounge Idelle asks, "Is it still there?" Lounge Barbra says, "However, I, in the process of getting stabbed, unbalanced the thing and pushed the sabre back though the hole." Lounge Duke says, "I was wandering the train at the earlier part of 5:00. At 5:30, I went to use the W.C." Lounge Mary fidgets, "and I too was so glad the doors were now unlocked, I didn't stay in it. And have no alibi for precicely 6 o'clock." Lounge Khover says, "Rumor had it that someone put a contract on Fiona's head." Conductors Station Weyland has arrived. Conductors Station Weyland leaves and walks towards the corridor 1. Corridor 1 Weyland has arrived. Lounge Jean-Pierre says, "That would not be unusual for a person of her status." Lounge Khover says, "Though I can't verify it." Lounge Barbra thinks for a second. "On the other hand, someone might have stabbed me with the saber, thinking I was Fiona as I passed by...then carefully pulled it back so I didn't notice." Lounge Khover says, "The person who was rumored to have taken the contract was a Kurt N. Down." Lounge Malcolm says, "Okay. Enough of this. I don't trust the Incident Report any more than I trust the rest of you. I'm going to look in the cabin myself. Anyone who wants to come along, be my guest. Anyone who wants to stop me, you'll have to kill me, because I'm not going to sit here and let everyone accuse everyone else based on a potentially forged report." Lounge Mary says, "who's this other room assigned to, that this stabbing was being done from?" Lounge Barbra says, "The Duke's." Lounge Duke nods. "I will go with Malcolm." Lounge Barbra says, "He says he was in the WC at the time." Lounge Belinda says, "Let's all go see the room" Lounge Barbra says, "I will go with you, Malcolm." Lounge Malcolm says, "Anyone else?" Lounge Duke says, "If you will excuse us, ladies and gentlemen..." Lounge Khover says, "I will go along." Lounge Malcolm turns and heads toward the cabins... Maestro has left. Cabin 9 Mary says, "well.. Wey had a sack. At the station when arrivign and again standing jsut outside this door shortly after 5." Cabin 9 Barbra speaks up. "You know, that doesn't make a lot of sense. Eventually, we'd realize she wasn't here, and had been killed, even if the body hadn't caught on a bridge. So why throw it out of the train?" Cabin 9 Malcolm hmmms, "Perhaps we should inspect the adjoining cabin?" He glances at the Duke, "if you don't mind, of course?" Cabin 9 Barbra says, "Perhaps we can just get out of this room. Lounge Belinda says, "A drink would be good, but you shouldn't on an empty stomach." Lounge Mary says, "if IT will stay down. Then I might think of eating." Cabin 5 Barbra stands up. Cabin 5 Duke sighs. "You spoke earlier of having been in Cabin 9, and were wounded by a saber that came through a slit in the wall. That was, indeed, my saber; I thought it was Fiona, but it turns out it was not, which means that I didn't kill her, rather luckily. I wounded you instead." Lounge Mary sighs. "your right." Dining Car Belinda says, "Escargots??" Dining Car Jean-Pierre takes a seat at one of the further tables. Cabin 5 Barbra says, "Not that I have noticed." Dining Car Weyland adjusts his clothing as he looks over to the man addressing him and he frowns slightly, stating, "A sabre? Nope, don't think I am, anyway," and he shrugs, walking over to a table to eat at. Dining Car Belinda takes a seat, not intending to really eat anything. Cabin 5 Duke says, "What reasons do you know of that he could have for being here?" Cabin 5 Barbra says, "I really have no idea." Dining Car Mary says, "I'll take the whatever in Red wine." Dining Car Khover says, "I thought it was part of your uniform.." Cabin 5 Barbra says, "He could have just asked me." Dining Car Mary says, "and include some red wine on the side. A big glass of it, please." Cabin 5 Barbra walks to the door. "We're late to dinner." Cabin 5 Duke nods. "Indeed. Shall we?" Dining Car The waiter brings out to each table a serve of French Bread with butter, plus a glass of red wine with each serve. Cabin 5 Barbra turns. "However, fair exchange. I will tell you about Idelle afterwards, and what she's been doing." Cabin 5 Barbra tries to pass thru Out but finds that Doorway to be locked. Dining Car Belinda says, "Ask and ye shall receive, eh Mary?" Dining Car [OOC] Weyland says, "Seriously? It's not in my sheet, so I dunno." Dining Car [OOC] Khover says, "I guess not." Dining Car [OOC] Weyland says, "Perhaps it is, if you say so ;p" Cabin 5 Duke nods. "Please, do so. I'll pay another visit this way, perhaps later this evening." Cabin 5 Duke tries to pass thru Out but finds that Doorway to be locked. Dining Car Mary makes a twisted grin, "yeah.." Cabin 5 [OOC] Duke eeps. Dining Car Mary goes for the wine. Dining Car Barbra enters from the lounge. Lounge Barbra has left. Dining Car Barbra has arrived. Dining Car Duke enters, slowly, into the lounge, and nods coolly at all the guests. Dining Car Weyland frowns slightly as he settles himself down, "I believe you are mistaking.. I do not carry any sort of sabre," and he shakes his head slightly, smoothening his clothing preparing for dinner. Dining Car Belinda says, "I doubt we can do that." Dining Car Barbra arrives, slightly behind the Duke. Dining Car Malcolm smiles, "A drink would be nice." Dining Car Mary mumbles, "short minute." Dining Car [OOC] Barbra says, "Where is everyone?" Dining Car Khover says, "I would like a shaken martini, if possible." Dining Car Next the waiter arrive with a large steaming dish for each table. It smells heavily of herbs and spices, garlic whautfing through the room. The dish seems to be some sort of peasant dish made with fillets of chicken. Dining Car Mary coughs on her wine. Dining Car Duke smiles, having entered at an opportune moment. "Drinks would be wonderful. Anyone know of good brandy in an occupied country?" he says, the last clearly in jest. Dining Car Malcolm smiles at Mary, "That good, eh?" Dining Car Malcolm pours himself a glass of wine. Dining Car Barbra looks around, and sits down at an empty table, if possible. Dining Car Barbra says, "Duke, why don't you join me?" Dining Car Duke smells the dish entering, and faintly smiles again. Dining Car Mary says, "no... that dry." Dining Car Mary says, "not the ususal I expected for red." Dining Car Duke bows a little. "Why, thank you, Barbra. I shall." Dining Car Duke takes a seat at the table with Barbra. Dining Car Duke slowly pours himself a glass of the wine from the bottle upon the table. Dining Car Malcolm sips his wine. Dining Car Jean-Pierre takes a sip of the wine, but, a mere peasant, is unable to comment on it. Dining Car Mary pales with listening to Malcom. Dining Car Duke asks Barbra lightly, "Would you care for a glass of wine as well?" Dining Car Barbra says, "Why, thank you." Dining Car Prompett looks over towards Idelle, "We have heard anything out of you dear lady for the entire night. Tell me, has that brute of a Duke over there been keeping you up nights?" Dining Car Duke raises the bottle, and slowly pours wine into her glass. Dining Car Barbra takes a sip of her wine, and, a sophisticated lady, she decided it is worthy and doesn't comment on it. Dining Car [OOC] Duke ughs and hates election season sometimes, like when I get recorded messages from the local Republican Party chairpeople. Dining Car Weyland poors himself a glass of whine as well, leaning back into his chair as he almost seems to perk his ears as he listens in on the others talking, calmly taking a sip of the whine, not drawing too much attention. Dining Car Mary mumbles softly, "oh my god." Dining Car Duke looks over slightly at the site of the action. "Is something the matter?" he asks of Mary. Dining Car Malcolm says, "The wine isn't *that* dry, Mary." Dining Car Mary says, "er... I've just heard some disturbing news."" Dining Car Belinda frowns. Dining Car Duke looks up. "Yes?" Dining Car [OOC] Khover says, "My area is plastered with Bush ads, I think it's foolish since my area will vote for him anyways." Dining Car [OOC] Barbra says, "Okay, enough silly off topic chatter." Dining Car Mary says, "someone I interviewed, was found dead a few hours after." Dining Car [OOC] Barbra kicks everyone. Dining Car [OOC] Weyland would vote for Gore if he was an American, aaanyway, continue the RP! ;) Dining Car Belinda says, "Where did you hear this?" Dining Car Duke swallows deeply. "My goodness." Dining Car Mary says, "Malcom just told me." Dining Car Belinda raises an eyebrow at Malcom. Dining Car Mary is visibly shaken. Dining Car Malcolm says, "A newspaper article I read. Nothing more." Dining Car Duke says, "How did Malcolm obtain this information?" He appears slightly paling, as the death toll of the evening is rising. He cracks his knuckles. Dining Car Weyland doesn't seriously seem to give a damn but manages a brief, "I'm sorry, Mary," unless one is paying close attention to him it would probably just taken as sincere at the current moment. Dining Car [OOC] Duke ermphs. "Change 'evening' to 'day'. Dining Car Belinda says, "Dead after the interview or after we got on the train?" Dining Car Prompett looks over to the conversation with Mary in interest, "Was that the report a while back Mary that you ddi about the G-Man, and how you said that he was the model on all who good citizens should be based. I would of thought that perhaps when he was jailed for being a corrupt cop you might of thought it a bit upsetting to say the least, to be contridicted so." Dining Car Malcolm says, "after the interview, Belinda" Dining Car Malcolm says, "apparently poisoned" Dining Car Belinda says, "Goodness." Dining Car Mary says, "it's reported in the Chicago Associated Press." Dining Car Barbra looks startled at something. Dining Car Barbra turns to Malcolm. "Just who was this?" Dining Car Malcolm gestures to Mary, "She has the article. I've forgotten the fellow's name." Dining Car Mary says, "it's C. Ruekid Kaup." Dining Car Malcolm sips his wine casually. Dining Car Barbra looks relieved. "Ah, good. I mean, not good for you, obviously, but I didn't know him." Dining Car Mary says, "I won my Percival Opton Litzer Prize on my interview of him." Dining Car Idelle says, "Isn't Kaup a german name?" Dining Car Duke nods. "I believe so." Dining Car Mary says, "and mine is French, but I'm american. So what in a name?" Dining Car Barbra says, "A name can mean a lot." Dining Car Barbra says, "Ask Princess Idelle Chattre there." Dining Car Mary says, "he was a G-man, and American G-man. I reported on his service as such." Dining Car Duke says, "Indeed... he may have been a target. What more do you know of the man, Mary?" Dining Car [OOC] Duke says, "G-man?" Dining Car [OOC] Barbra says, "FBI" Dining Car [OOC] Duke ahhs. Dining Car Idelle smiles, though there is little joy in the expression. "There is nothing wrong with a French name. But in lights of what the Germans have been doing... I have trouble feeling sorry for a dead one, even one who's American." Dining Car Mary says, "I reported his as the perfect ideal. Unstanding, honest, but later it was found he was a scoundrel and on the take, and put in prison." Dining Car Duke frowns slightly. Dining Car Duke says, "There must be a correlation." Dining Car Barbra chuckles. "In the last war, the Americans renamed German food. Rather petty of them, I always thought." Dining Car Duke says, "And, of course, German-Americans renamed themselves. It is rapidly, I imagine, becoming a dangerous place to be a German." Dining Car Barbra looks at Duke. "In many places, it is even more dangerous to *not* be a German, or have we all forgotten why we are on this train?" Dining Car Duke shrugs. "Point conceded. In this place and time, it would be more dangerous to remain in France, for people of our profile." Dining Car Mary says, "I went back to do a follow up interview, but he wouldn't inlighten me to anything. So I gave up on him as being of further public interest in reporting about. I didn't know he'd make additional headlines this way." Dining Car Duke laughs. "You never know what'll make the news." Dining Car Khover says, "I doubt the French will be ever able to stand up against Germany, I think they lost ever conflcit with the Germans." Dining Car Idelle clears her throat. Dining Car Barbra looks at Khover. "One of us practices art, and the other war. What do you expect?" Dining Car Idelle says, "Remember who you are with, sir." Dining Car Khover turns red, and says "Pardon, that kind of slipped." To the north you see a throne room which houses the Maestro himself. To the East you see a large armoury with several palace guards guarding the entrance. To the South you see the gates to the palace, with a large drawbridge and several guards guarding above the drawbridge. Contents: Maestro Rebroadcaster(#6338Vn) Poker Table Scrabble Obvious exits: Maestro' Cubicle Dining Car Duke frowns deeply. "We, good sir, have every bit as much ability to win as anyone; we are a valiant nation, proud and motivated to win. It is true that they have, as yet, temporarily driven us back; but we are not defeated." Dining Car Mary says, "well I imagine Khover, you'd have no problem with either as you've always seemed to be able to travel back and forth quite easily. Will you still be able to do that?" Dining Car Barbra says, "I look at as an accident of geography. We cannot stand against the barbarians who live next door. If England was a stone's throw from German, they would have fallen as fast." Dining Car Khover says, "Yes, England has the channel as their buffer zone." Dining Car Malcolm drains the remainder of his wine glass in one large gulp, "Enough about the war, we all know it's a war in both word and deed. Let's get back to the question at hand." He pauses only a moment before asking provocatively, "Which one of you killed Fiona?" Dining Car Duke says, "Perhaps. Yet even England stands not so strong as we should like, without reinforcement: Remember that England was taken by a Frenchman in the 12th century, with less technology than the Luftwaffe has today. It is more important that we reinforce, and build our forces to take back our France!" Dining Car Duke raises his arm, glass in hand. "Kill her I never did." Dining Car Belinda says, "Nice way of saying that you didn't do it, Malcom." Dining Car Mary says, "and since we're talking names. What kind of name is yours Khover?" Dining Car Malcolm says, "I didn't, Belinda. That's one thing I *do* know." Dining Car Belinda says, "Well, neither did I." Dining Car Khover says, "Well, ethnicaly I'm English." Dining Car Mary says, "actually what DO we know?" Dining Car Weyland takes a slight sip of his drink as he eyes Mary, "Well, perhaps Mary over here can start explaining why at 5 o' clock in the morning she's walking around with a carpenter's dril and a brace." Dining Car Khover says, "I think the last name may be German, though that must be a few generations back." Dining Car Prompett looks, "Ahh another home chap like me then Mr Khover, perhaps you can tell me what sort of business you are in then?" Dining Car Barbra says, "We don't know anything, except apparently everyone here has a secret." Dining Car Belinda says, "We know that Fiona's body (or assumed body) was found in a sack. And that noone here seems to have seen here on the train." Dining Car Mary drops her jaw open. Dining Car Khover says, "I'm in the import/export business." Dining Car Duke says, looking straight at Weyland, "Good sir, I think it would be appreciated if we were not to level direct insults at people." Dining Car Barbra says, "If no one is going to ask it, I will. importing and exporting what?" Dining Car Khover says, "Goods that people request." Dining Car Barbra hrms. "That doesn't really answer the question, but it's what I expected you to say anyway." Dining Car Weyland leans back slightly, wiping some wine of his upperlip by making an odd movement with his lower lip over the upper lip, then eying Mary sidewise, then looking towards the Duke, "I'm merely inquiring, there could be a good explanation for it... ofcourse..." he grins slightly as he folds his hands on the table. Dining Car [OOC] Jean-Pierre has to go, can't stay awake Dining Car Duke cracks his knuckles. "Perhaps so." Dining Car [OOC] Duke says, "Nice to have you!" Dining Car Jean-Pierre has disconnected. Dining Car Barbra coughs, ""We'll, I think we've spent altogether too much time on means, and need to spend some time on *motive*." Dining Car Barbra says, "Who here would want poor Fiona dead?" Dining Car Belinda says, "Still, Mary has NOT responded." Dining Car Duke takes a sip of his wine, and then nods his assent. "That is a fair question. Would anyone feel it necessary to see Fiona killed? Dining Car Malcolm says, "I wouldn't think the carpentry tools were as odd as the enormous sack I saw *you* wrestling with, Weyland." Dining Car Mary sighs, then admits, "well... actually. I was using it to make a listening hole. Dining Car Barbra says, "And your umbrella? The one you always carry around?" Dining Car Barbra sighs. Dining Car Weyland frowns slightly at Malcolm, "Let's just say the bag was used to carry an... assistant, you know the business, Malcolm." Dining Car Duke chuckles. "And the point stands that there IS the rumor of a standing order for a murder on Fiona's head, still circulating." Dining Car Barbra says, "It doesn't matter, does it? It doesn't matter who poked the sabre though the wall, or the umbrella. They didn't kill Fiona." Dining Car Belinda says, "So you made a listening hole and Malcom stuck his umbrella in it?" Dining Car Mary says, "that, someone took when I left my cabin when the doors where finally unlocked." Dining Car Barbra says, "Let's just do this one by one." Dining Car Barbra says, "First of all, I certainly had the means to kill her. Does anone know of a motive?" Dining Car Duke nods. "Because, of course, Fiona was killed - evidently - front-on, through the heart, according to the incident report." Dining Car Mary says, "I've didn't know what became of it, until someone mentined umbrella. I thought it might turn up and was lookign throught the cabins." Dining Car Malcolm chuckles at the Duke, "The standing orders. Yeah. That's a funny one." Dining Car Duke says, "Indeed, there is a rumor of that which circulates every so often." Dining Car Barbra says, "While there may have been a price on her head, I have no need for money." Dining Car Barbra says, "So does everyoe concede I had no reason to kill her?" Dining Car Belinda says, "No reason WE know of." Dining Car Barbra looks around carefully. Dining Car Duke says, "I will concede the point." Dining Car Khover says, "Kurt N Down isn't on this train, unless he came under an alias." Dining Car Mary nods. Dining Car Barbra says, "Well, of course, this only applies until we get new information that would give me a motive." Dining Car Duke nods. "Of course." Dining Car Barbra glances at everyone's faces. "Who is going next?" Dining Car Mary says, "she's been the basis for more then one of my newpaper stores. I'd sure be stupid to kill the goose thast lays such golden eggs." Dining Car Barbra thinks. Dining Car Idelle frowns at Barbra. "Well, I did hear a nasty rumor once about you and your father, but it seemed silly at the time, and I almost forgot it till now." Dining Car Duke will. "I have the means to kill her, a saber and a slit in my wall. However, I have no reason to kill her, being that I have no need for international spies, or a reason to kill them. Do you concur?" Dining Car Barbra says, "What if you found out something about her she didn't want people to know?" Dining Car Weyland looks towards Barbara and states calmly, "Now, I'm sure you all have very interesting information, but really, Barbara, last night when the French soldiers came digging in and we were all already assembled, what were you doing exactly?" Dining Car Barbra says, "Granted, that actually applies to everyone. But that's more a reason for her to kill us then us to kill her." Dining Car Idelle adds, "And it would have given you a motive, Barb." Dining Car Barbra says, "What? What about my father?" Dining Car Belinda says, "And just what did you hear, Idelle?" Dining Car Malcolm says, "I don't concur, Duke." Dining Car Duke nods. "Indeed. Why not, Malcolm?" Dining Car Mary says, "you think I stupid. I'm no dummy, I don't want to be dead. But I have been treatened in the past from unknown sourses." Dining Car Malcolm says, "Because I know you are the one who issued the "hit" order to Kurt N Down." Dining Car Idelle blushes a bit. "I heard a whisper that you... you, killed your father to inherit sooner. And assuming -- only assuming, mind you! -- it was true, and Fiona had heard it too, she could have blackmailed you, and you might have killed her to save from paying extortion money." Dining Car Barbra says, "It was just a 'what if', Mary. If you actually had dirt on Fiona, you could have just printed it and made as much as backmail." Dining Car Malcolm says, "But I also know Kurt failed." Dining Car Barbra stars at Idelle. Dining Car [OOC] Barbra says, "stares" Dining Car Barbra says, "What....I never!" Dining Car Duke says, "How do you know that, sir? I'll point out that there are others who could have done so, with greater means and reason to do so." Dining Car [OOC] Weyland says, "Sir referring to...?" Dining Car Malcolm says, "How do I know?" Dining Car Khover says, "Duke, why did you hire Kurt?" Dining Car Malcolm smiles wryly. Dining Car [OOC] Duke says, "Malcolm." Dining Car Mary says, "god... I never thought of doing that. Well I'd still rather live and not have to watch my back." Dining Car Barbra says, "Idelle, why don't *you* explain to *me* what you were doing before we got on the train?" Dining Car Khover says, "Did Kurt actually even try to kill her." Dining Car Duke ponders briefly. "Why would I have done that? Does the suggestion that she knew perhaps too much about certain ... plans I had made, perhaps bring anything to mind?" Dining Car Weyland smirks slightly and grins towards Nidelle as that question is asked. Dining Car Mary sits pondering. Dining Car Mary says, "has it occured to anyone, that maybe the killer didn't do this alone?" Dining Car Idelle frowns. "What does what I was doing have to do with the rumor? But if it matters, I was fleeing for my life before the German front." Dining Car [OOC] Barbra says, "BRB." Dining Car Barbra leaves and walks towards the lounge. Lounge Barbra enters from the dining car. Dining Car Barbra has left. Lounge Barbra has arrived. Dining Car Duke says, "In addition, I heard a rumor that Khover also put out a hit order on Fiona's life." Maestro has left. Lounge Maestro has arrived. Lounge Maestro drops Note 2. Dining Car Khover says, "I had no reason to go after her." Dining Car [OOC] Barbra says, "Pretend I was here, Maestro had to give me something." Dining Car Barbra drops Note 2. Dining Car Barbra passes a note around. Dining Car Belinda reads the note Dining Car Barbra says, "What is this 'new hope' in the note?" Dining Car Weyland says, "Duke, would you mind telling me why you insisted on getting the cabin that was originally assigned to me?" Dining Car Barbra says, "In fact...this makes *you* the last person here to see her alive, doesn't it?" Dining Car Duke shrugs. "I preferred not to be so close to the dining car, for my own personal cabin. Too noisy, and at times too crowded." Dining Car [OOC] Duke says, "*you* being whom?" Dining Car [OOC] Barbra says, "Idella, silly." Dining Car [OOC] Weyland says, "Idelle" Dining Car Idelle looks at that note, and sniffs. "I never saw that before. Now, are you trying to change the subject about your father?" Dining Car [OOC] Duke can't keep track of six threads of conversation at once, sorry... Dining Car Weyland smirks and can't hide a grin, "Well, Duke, if that's true," he pauses briefly to widen the grin, "Thanks for thinking about my comfort too." Dining Car Barbra says, "So, you deny you went to said hotel dressed up a french soldier?" Dining Car Khover says, "It must of been the one a saw getting off the Pullman Car." Dining Car Duke chuckles a little. "My comfort, being that it is my own, rather than someone else's, always comes first. I imagine the rest of you act similarly, of course. Why does it bother you that I requested a new cabin?" Dining Car Weyland says, "Barbra, aren't you curious who had access to the locks of the doors to our cabins?" Dining Car Idelle laughs in disbelief. "Why would I do such a silly thing? Dess up as a soldier indeed, Hmmph. Now, what about your father? He did die rather suddenly and unexpectedly, I believe." Dining Car Barbra looks to Khover. "No, this was before we left." Dining Car Weyland eyes Idelle then, "And you should be wondering the same thing..." Dining Car Barbra says, "Oh, we can talk about my father if you want. Do you actually have any proof besides 'I heard a rumor.', or are you just trying to ignore the fact you and Fiona had something going on?" Dining Car Mary blinks. "now THAT would make a story." Dining Car Duke lightly sips at his wine, not being attacked at the moment. Dining Car Belinda says, "Nothing like the death of a 'friend' to get the fur to fly." Dining Car Barbra looks at Mary. "Not like that, get your mind out of the tabloids." Dining Car Mary says, "oh" Dining Car Idelle shakes her head. "You haven't even confirmed or denied it yet. But all these attempts to change the subject make me wonder... /did/ you kill your father? Is that why you're so desperate to talk about anything else?" Dining Car Mary crumples up the napkin she'd quickly make a note on, and tosses it aside. Dining Car Barbra sighs. Dining Car Barbra says, "Okay, fine, I hereby deny it." Dining Car Barbra looks at Idelle. "Are you happy now?" Dining Car Idelle nods, stiffly. Dining Car Barbra says, "Now. Do you deny you got this note? Which we have just a bit more proof of." Dining Car Weyland says, "Alright, Malcolm, Barbra, Idelle, Mary, is NONE of you interested in finding our who locked us up in our cabins last night?" Dining Car Duke says, "I don't believe we've established anything new, now that we've been arguing about this. Does anyone have any constructive methods for establishing new information as to who killed our hostess?" Dining Car Mary goes to the wc. Dining Car Mary leaves and walks towards the lounge. Lounge Mary enters from the dining car. Dining Car Mary has left. Lounge Mary has arrived. Dining Car Barbra says, "I'm just trying to get all the facts in the open." Dining Car Duke laughs. "I'm interested in finding out who locked me in the WC, so extend me onto your list." Maestro has left. Lounge Maestro has arrived. Lounge Maestro drops Linage Report. Lounge Maestro says, "thats yours to play around with" Lounge Maestro says, "get it" Lounge Mary says, "ok" Dining Car Idelle says, "How can I have gotten it if the first time I saw it was when you shoved it into my face?" Lounge Mary takes Linage Report. Lounge Maestro says, "happy RP" Lounge Maestro waves and lets you get back to it Lounge Maestro goes home. Lounge Maestro has left. Maestro has arrived. Lounge Mary grins. Dining Car Belinda says, "Personally, I think Fiona (if she is dead) was dead before we got on the train." Lounge Mary leaves and walks towards the dining car. Dining Car Mary enters from the lounge. Lounge Mary has left. Dining Car Mary has arrived. Dining Car Idelle says, "And if I /had/ gotten it, which I didn't, why would you have it now?" Dining Car Barbra says, "You left it in the hotel room you changed in." Dining Car Malcolm says, "I would love to know, Weyland. We've discussed this a couple times already, though, and it's just like everything else: Everyone has an alibi or a denial of responsibility." Dining Car Mary retakes her seat while still slightly rubbing her hands. Dining Car Barbra says, "You walked in wearing a big moustache and soldier uniform, then left wearing normal clothes." Dining Car Idelle says, "What hotel room? What changing?" Dining Car Barbra says, "You left the uniform and moustache and note there." Dining Car Weyland frowns slightly, "Aye, but us 5 can confirm eachother's allibis, several other people cannot, eh?" Dining Car Khover says, "I saw someone at 3:30 with the same description, he was leaving the Pullman Car." Dining Car Duke nods. "I made a request to an officer around that time, who gestured rudely at me and walked off." Dining Car Barbra says, "Khover, much as I like the 'confimation', we have actual soliders on board." Dining Car Idelle laughs. "You're saying I dressed up like it was a masquerade ball, not us fleeing from the Nazi hordes, and then you broke into a room in some hotel? That's just as silly as the rumor about the death of your father." Dining Car Malcolm says, "We can confirm that we were locked into our cabins. But that sorta prevents us from proving anything about anyone else. It's a stalemate." Dining Car Mary says, "well. Idelle. You know I DO listen to things, and I DO have a report... I'd call it a report anyway. Which might give you case to want some things hidden at least." Dining Car Barbra says, "I suppose we could have locked the Duke in the WC, then all of us marched down the hall and killed Fiona." Dining Car Belinda says, "Except...that the Duke wasn't in his cabin and Khover didn't answer me from HIS cabin." Dining Car Mary says, "I was hanging on to this for a future story, but since secrets are coming out. I'll share it. Just to spicen up things." Dining Car Mary drops Linage Report. Dining Car Weyland says, "He didn't answer me or Mal either." Dining Car Barbra finishes reading the report. Dining Car Mary says, "looks to me like someone is playing a BIG masquerade.. of being royalty." Dining Car Duke ponders the report. "Interesting. Even I didn't know that about my family." Dining Car Barbra says, "I don't see how this is relevant." Dining Car Belinda says, "For 800 years?" Dining Car [OOC] Idelle says, "Evil puns" Dining Car [OOC] Mary lol Dining Car [OOC] Duke laughs. "You're right! My God!" Dining Car [OOC] Barbra says, "?" Dining Car Barbra says, "Now, if Duke was suddenly found murdered, then we could all suspect Idelle. But he's not." Dining Car [OOC] Idelle says, "Most of the names of people and places in this larp are puns." Dining Car Duke looks at Idelle quizzically. "Do you have anything to say about that, madame? It should interest you... as much as myself, I should admit, that I am the rightful heir to your lands." Dining Car [OOC] Duke says, "Alzase-Laverne and Tchirly Conflict? Laverne and Shirley? The pain, the pain..." Dining Car [OOC] Weyland isn't native speaker, pun=? Dining Car [OOC] Duke says, "A pun is a play on words, where you have multiple meanings." Dining Car [OOC] Weyland says, "Aaah, I see." Dining Car [OOC] Belinda groans at Laverne and Shirley. Dining Car Barbra says, "I don't suppose it will actually matter after all this time. All the thrones are illegitimate if you go back far enough. What makes you a ruler is upbringing." Dining Car Duke nods. "Indeed. And I rule as well, in case you'd forgotten. Or, at least, ruled until today." Dining Car Weyland says, "I ask myself, is this relevant?" Dining Car Mary says, "to everyone but those deemed rulers." Dining Car Malcolm says, "Au contraire, mon ami Barbra. What makes you a ruler is 'not getting killed'." Dining Car Idelle laughs a bit after glancing at the paper. "Mme Trairie, if the research you did for that scrap of lies is of the same quality as your last report on Tchirle, it's nonsense." She nods at Brabra's words. "Well said. I apologize for any insult my report of that unfounded rumour might have given you." Dining Car Mary says, "but what INTERESTING food for further research. Especially with the basis it offeres." Dining Car Duke says, "I must concur with Madame Idelle that your reports are not of the most ... truthful variety, at all times." Dining Car Khover says, "Bending the truth is what sells." Dining Car Mary says, "all lies are based on a tread of truth." Dining Car Barbra looks at Idelle. "Don't forgive me so soon. Presuably, Fiona could have found it out and blackmailed you. But that is really silly. The...what is the term? Statue of limitations has expired on this. It doesn't matter what is actually true. Dining Car Weyland says, "All truth is based on a thread of lies." Dining Car Mary says, "er thread." Dining Car Duke says, "But not all truth must be told without being truthful to sell." Dining Car Mary smiles at the Duke, "you quote my fathers teachings quite well." Dining Car Weyland frowns slightly looking at the Duke, "Well, now that we're at your ruling, are you sure you didn't want more to rule than what you already had?" Dining Car Duke smiles. "Perhaps unintentionally, Mary... I don't know enough of your father to say that I do so willingly." Dining Car Idelle shrugs. "I'm sure the Duke and myself might be distantly related. Most of the royalty in Europe are." Dining Car Weyland puts a paper on one of the dinner tables, looking towards the Duke, "You really should be more carefull with things you consider Top secret, Duke." Dining Car Mary says, "well I offer the information I have here, for you two now to work out." Dining Car Weyland drops Plans. Dining Car Duke shrugs to Weyland. "Doesn't every ruler desire to rule more than they do? I once extended a proposal of marriage to Madame Idelle, and was rejected, and so therefore do not rule more than I do currently." Dining Car Khover says, "Belinda, that new book of yours seems similar to "The Prince" in some aspects." Dining Car Weyland smirks as he eyes Idelle slightly and then looks back to the Duke, "I can understand the proposal, Duke." Dining Car Barbra turns suddenly. "And I still want to know why you, Idelle, are lying about last night." Dining Car Belinda says, "The Prince? In what aspects?" Dining Car Duke glances at the plans. "Does this have any particular relevance at this point, Weyland? Honestly, can I act upon these plans, now that I'm fleeing Paris, with the Germans between myself and my people?" Dining Car Duke adds, "And given that Idelle is on this train as well, I should think that it's a moot point now." Dining Car Weyland says, "Ah, but by all means Duke, Fiona appears to been forking for Idelle, and you were planning on invading idelle's lands it seems.. were you not?" Dining Car Khover says, "It's basically a tell all about how Fiona uses her power over people." Dining Car Barbra says, "However, taht seems totally unrelated to this report, for if Fiona was blackmailing you, she wouldn't ahve mentioned a 'new hope'." Dining Car [OOC] Weyland says, "forking=working" Dining Car Belinda says, "I think my book is about a bit more than Fiona." Dining Car Weyland says, "And Fiona had new hope for Idelle, which could have been very well referring to this battle, and you, might not have wanted Fiona to reach Idelle for this reason." Dining Car Duke says, "I'll note that I was indeed planning on invading Idelle's lands. What this has to do with Fiona, I'm not entirely sure..." Dining Car Barbra says, "Except it makes more sense to get rid of Idelle instead of Fiona." Dining Car Malcolm says, "I think we all know Fiona was deeply involved in the underground. In fact, I think we are likely all fairly certain that each one of us has some tie to that same underground... even if only through Fiona." Dining Car Barbra looks at the Duke. Dining Car Weyland says, "Not at all, Barbra, Fiona had 'new hope' for Idelle, Fiona might have been an easier target." Dining Car [OOC] Khover says, "AFK" Dining Car Idelle shakes her head at Barbra. "Nonsense. I barely made it on the train in time. Remember the fuss with our luggage in all the rush and hurry to get out of Paris?" To Weyland, she starts to say "Those plans could be for Pari... well!" she stares at the Duke, "I never!" Dining Car Duke looks quizzically. "How was I to know that Fiona had this 'new hope' for Idelle?" Dining Car Idelle says, "I suppose the only reason I'm alive or not forced to wed you is thanks to the Germans overrunning my lands before you could!" Dining Car Weyland says, "The note, it never eached Idelle, did it? I'm merely curious why not, I'm not accusing you, merely hypothysising." Dining Car [OOC] Weyland says, "Oops, excuse spelling on that last one ;p" Dining Car Mary blinks, "you mean, for the invading of Paris, and the attack we now have that went amist to how it SHOULD hve gone? Dining Car Barbra says, "Of course it reached her!" Dining Car Barbra says, "She left it in that hotel room she changed in." Dining Car Duke says, "I never held the note. And indeed, you have the truth of it, Idelle... but I think at this point, it's almost irrelevant. Or perhaps not." Dining Car Barbra says, "Or it's a complete forgery by me, I suppose that is a possiblity too." Dining Car [OOC] Malcolm wasn't expecting this to last this long and really must be going. Will be curious to see how it turns out. Dining Car [OOC] Malcolm waves. Dining Car [OOC] Barbra waves. Dining Car [OOC] Duke waves back. "Later! Thanks for playing!" Dining Car Malcolm has disconnected. Dining Car [OOC] Belinda says, "Same here, sorry" Dining Car Belinda has disconnected. Dining Car Mary says, "I'm still thinking more than one person now is involved with Fiona death...er murder." Dining Car [OOC] Idelle says, "The email said 6 hours. :P" Dining Car [OOC] Barbra says, "Eep." Dining Car [OOC] Duke wavers again! Dining Car [OOC] Duke hmms. "I'm going to have to leave around 5:30-6:00pm PDT... which is, what, 7:30-8:00 game time?" Dining Car [OOC] Barbra says, "Eep some more." Dining Car Weyland shrugs and looks towards the Duke frowning, then looking towards Idelle and back at the Duke, "I would've tried the wedding thing again, a much more enjoyable resolution it seems to me.. either way, what if Barbara found the note, wanting to use it to accuse Idelle, the Duke already had seen the note, and was affraid this 'new hope' would endanger his plans..." GM Announcement: We'll wrap it up over the next half an hour, we'll make our final accusations in 15 minutes, then disclose our details after that. Dining Car Barbra says, "Well, while we're giving things away, I knew Fiona was a spy." Dining Car Barbra says, "She was using my parties, and I'm not that unobservent." Dining Car Mary says, "we have all brought out some most INTERESTING tid bits on people, but we still haven't gotten any closer to finding the killer." Dining Car Barbra says, "I was planning on asking her to stop, but this entirewar just got out of hand." Dining Car Duke smiles. "At around 5:30, when I went to the WC, I put some talcum powder on the floor, to see if anyone entered my room... and when I got back out of the WC, there were tracks leading from cabin 7 to cabin 9. If we're giving away information." Dining Car Barbra adds, "I have to note, I had no motive to kill her, I myself have nothign to do with spying." Dining Car Weyland says, "There we go, you and the Duke seem to have been covering eachothers back quite actively, I must say, quite interesting, the Duke at the last moment getting my cabin next to Fiona's, the only one not seen when we were all locked, barbra arriving late when we were assembled when the French Soldiers were digging in, with he right hand apparently injured... all extremely interesting." Dining Car [OOC] Weyland says, "you=barbra" Dining Car [OOC] Duke says, "My right hand injured?" Dining Car [OOC] Weyland says, "her, sorry" Dining Car Mary says, "I know Nal had a sooty rope at 5:40 ...and a sack that Wey carred shortly after 5 made it's way into Fiona's cabin. And with Mel's sooty boots I'd pretty much stick him and the rope out on tope of the car and MAYBE ...just maybe swinging his way into the cabin's window." Dining Car [OOC] Weyland forgot the r. Dining Car Barbra says, "I arrived late because I was making a telephone call. At a hotel. Where I saw Idelle." Dining Car Barbra says, "Mal searched my room, with his sooty boots. The Duke will attest to that." Dining Car Weyland says, "Oh give me a break, my sack caried a little whore to make the journey a bit more enjoyable, how was I supposed to know Barbra and the duke were going to use it for their little plans." Dining Car Duke nods. "I saw Mal leaving her room, at around 5:25, again." Dining Car [OOC] Weyland says, "Her? Interesting..." Dining Car [OOC] Weyland says, "Malcolm, your female now ;p" Dining Car Mary says, "the sack was empty before you got onto the train and when you were staning outside Fions'a cabin." Dining Car Barbra says, "ME!" Dining Car Barbra says, "I have no motive at all!" Dining Car Weyland says, "Aye, she had to.. persuade some guards of letting her ride with us." Dining Car Barbra sighs in exaperation. Dining Car Duke says, "Do you really think that we used the sack, after killing Fiona, to throw her out? Do you HONESTLY believe that?" Dining Car Mary says, "I just think more than one was in on killing Fiona." Dining Car Barbra says, "I think that's obvious, Mary." Dining Car Weyland says, "Perhaps a marriage to the Duke? A Love affair, who knows, I'm still hypothysising, however you are respoding quite angrily. Do I believe that? I do not believe, I merely observe." Maestro has left. Dining Car Maestro has arrived. Dining Car Barbra says, "Of course i'm angry, someone is accusing me of murder." Dining Car Duke shrug. "I have denied quite strenuously doing anything to kill Fiona. I also have never had an affair with Barbra, nor am I planning or proposing to marry her." Dining Car Maestro thinks that we're starting to go over old arguments again, so I think we'll make a finish here, lets start by each telling us who they think did the murder.. Dining Car Barbra okies. Dining Car Weyland says, "Barbra and the Duke" Dining Car Barbra hehs. Dining Car Mary says, "Weyland and Malcom" Dining Car Weyland hehs. Dining Car Barbra says, "I'm with Mary." Dining Car [OOC] Weyland wouldn't kill a good screw ;p Dining Car Idelle says, "I think it was the Duke." Dining Car [OOC] Weyland says, "Not to mention I think Weyland actually liked her ;p" Dining Car Barbra says, "The Duke is the one who stabbed me, he told me earlier." Dining Car Duke says, "I have no idea who did it. I'm still trying to figure out how some of these details become relevant." Dining Car Duke says, "I caught her with my saber. I'll concede, trying to kill Fiona. But evidently, I didn't, because I caught Barbra." Dining Car Weyland says, "So that explains the hurt hand." Dining Car Barbra says, "Luckily, you have as bad aim as you do vision." Dining Car Duke chuckles. Dining Car Idelle says, "I think he locked us in our rooms, killed poor Fiona, put the body in his room, and threw her out after unlocking the doors and hiding in the WC for a bit so he could have an alibi if anyone saw him coming out of it." Dining Car Barbra notes it is, in fact, her arm that got cut, not her hand. Dining Car Weyland says, "Well, the sack just carried a girl I was going to make my trip more enjotable, that was true ;p" Dining Car Barbra cracks up. Dining Car [OOC] Weyland says, "enjoyable with." Dining Car Barbra says, "You had a woman in there?" Dining Car Weyland says, "Aye, she was out of the sack for a bit to screw some of the guards so they'd let her through." Dining Car Duke hmms. "I actually WAS locked up in the WC." Dining Car Weyland is a Woman & Weapons dealer. Dining Car Barbra says, "That's really sad. :)" Dining Car Maestro says, "Malcolm was the famous Kurt M Down btw, the assassin that the Duke hired to kill Fiona" Dining Car Mary says, "I stuck someone ..who I have NO idea anymore through the hole with my umbrella." Dining Car [OOC] Duke says, "That part is certain; it was in the file." Dining Car Barbra knew it! Dining Car Weyland says, "As is Malcolm." Dining Car Barbra says, "I knew it was Malcolm, but I couldn't accuse him!" Dining Car Maestro says, "He was up on the roof, and accidently fell into the window" Dining Car Duke says, "And evidently Malcolm never did, in the guise of Kurt M Down." Dining Car Weyland says, "But emm, my sheet said Malcolm was with us locked in his quarters." Dining Car Barbra says, "She wasn't killed then." Dining Car Weyland says, "Cabin, even." Dining Car Weyland says, "Belinda?" Dining Car Duke hmms. "Good question." Dining Car Barbra says, "I couldn't accuse Malcolm because he gave the the cyanide to kill pop. :)" Dining Car Barbra says, "And Fiona knew it." Dining Car Barbra says, "So I had a motive." Dining Car Idelle says, "Ah-ha! So that rumor was true!" Dining Car Mary says, "someoen was IN the room when I was drilling the hole and sticking them around 6" Dining Car Barbra says, "But I apparently was the only who *didn't* try to kill her. :)" Dining Car Idelle says, "Little hussy, trying to deny it." Dining Car Idelle didn't try to kill Fiona. Dining Car Weyland says, "Nor did I, Barbra ;p" Dining Car Barbra says, "Please, you had no evidence." Dining Car Barbra says, "What *were* you doing crossdressing?" Dining Car Weyland says, "I was jsut trying to have a good time witht he contents of the sack but the walked off with the General." Dining Car Duke says, "I didn't kill her... Barbra and I have already confirmed that I got her with my saber." Dining Car [OOC] Weyland says, "the=she" Dining Car Maestro says, "Khover, any theories?" Dining Car Mary says, "so who actually killed her?" Dining Car Maestro says, "Ahh well, lets get started on telling us a bit about your character and who you are, Mary?" Dining Car Weyland says, "Maybe Mary killed her by accident" Dining Car Barbra pokes Idelle. "Well? What were you doing at that hotel?" Dining Car Maestro is going down the list of contents Dining Car Weyland says, "Drilling the hole ;p" Dining Car Maestro says, "we'll find out when people reveal information about themselves" Dining Car Idelle wasn't at any hotel. Dining Car Barbra already told her secret, she killed daddy to inherit the business. Dining Car Barbra says, "Wha?" Dining Car Mary clears her throat. "I wanted Fiona dead, i'd had a story on her, and was getting death threats." Dining Car Barbra says, "Yes you were!" Dining Car Mary says, "oh...and I'm China." Dining Car Maestro says, "Barbra :)" Dining Car Weyland says, "I was a loser who got a really bigshot position with the RAF due to family influence, was coming to visit Fiona, or known to me as Brigette, and crash-landed, I got this train to go back to england and took a little willing woman with me for fun, I also dealed in weapons and women, got weapons from Malcolm." Dining Car Barbra grabs a stick and pokes Idelle. "What was going on before we got on the train? Do you have an identical twin?" Dining Car Weyland says, "I was also hinting the Duke to telling me why he didn't marry the hotty, IDelle ;p" Dining Car Barbra says, "Or maybe a brother in the army who likes to dress up in your clothes?" Dining Car Duke says, "Aren't we going to go in order?" Dining Car Maestro says, "Barbra :)" Dining Car Barbra says, "What?" Dining Car Maestro says, "Who are you on MUSH :)" Dining Car Mary says, "who played Weyland?" Dining Car Barbra says, "Oh!" Dining Car [OOC] Khover says, "Back" Dining Car Barbra says, "I'm David." Dining Car Idelle says, "I don't know you saw at that hotel, murderess, but it wasn't me." Dining Car Weyland says, "Guess ;)" Dining Car Maestro says, "Duke :)" Dining Car Barbra says, "Hey, I haven't killed anyone in years!" Dining Car Idelle says, "And I felt I was too young to marry when the Duke proposed." Dining Car Duke smiles. "Lichten, at your service." Dining Car Khover says, "I think that the Duke did it." Dining Car Barbra suspects Idelle has a dopelganger. Dining Car Maestro says, "and you were trying to keep secret?" Dining Car Weyland says, "Hint: I was trying to recruit some admin to help me with HSpace but noone is reponding ;p" Dining Car [OOC] Mary laughs at Weyland, "like we're paying attention there." ;p Dining Car [OOC] Duke chuckles. Dining Car [OOC] Weyland says, "Know now who I am? ;p" Dining Car [OOC] Duke doesn't, unfortunately. Dining Car [OOC] Weyland says, "David, you know damn well ;p" Dining Car Khover says, "Who did the mruder?" Dining Car [OOC] Weyland says, "Who would need help with HSpace development the most ;p" Dining Car Duke didn't, unless the sheet didn't mention it... Dining Car Maestro says, "we're going down the list Khover, just giving over your secrets and who you are on M*U*S*H.." Dining Car [OOC] Mary says, "not with everyone haven't a problem with HSpace, no." Dining Car Barbra says, "Like I pay attention." Dining Car Duke says, "But right now, we're just declaring who we are here." Dining Car [OOC] Weyland says, "Revian... ;p" Dining Car [OOC] Mary says, "D'OH.." Dining Car [OOC] Weyland grins, "You, Mary?" Dining Car Barbra says, "Oh, and I killed Archduke Ferdinane, but fail to see how that matter. No, just kidding." Dining Car Duke is lost. Too many threads at once. Let's take turns, and just declare who we are, and what our motives were, and all that fun stuff. Dining Car Mary nods. Dining Car Barbra is actually...she rips off her dress....Hitler! Dining Car Duke rotfls! Dining Car Barbra says, "I bet no one expected that." Dining Car Idelle says, "Noone expects the Nazi Inquisition!" Dining Car Duke says, "So I actually injured the Fuhrer himself. Cool!" Dining Car Mary says, "who's left to come out of the closet?" Dining Car Duke is laughing. "Me... I told who I was here, but not my motives." Dining Car Weyland says, "Kill the idiot the next time, Duke ;p" Dining Car Barbra says, "Seriously, I've told everything about me. I didn't do it, i killed my dad, Fiona and Mal knew it. Next." Dining Car Maestro says, "Khovers next :)" Dining Car Maestro says, "Okay, lets all give a hand to Idelle for not being caught :)" Dining Car Duke claps. "Did Idelle do it?" Dining Car Maestro says, "Idelle, tell us about yourself :)" Dining Car Mary thinks Maestro needs to paste a playbill on the end here with Casts names and players. Dining Car Idelle is waiting for Mary and Khover, but if you insist... Dining Car Barbra woos. Dining Car Duke hasn't gone yet either. Dining Car Mary says, "I went first." Dining Car Barbra says, "Bet you're not Idelle, are you?" Dining Car Idelle says, "The name's actually Fiona." Dining Car Barbra says, "Damn, I'm good." Dining Car Mary blinks. Dining Car Idelle says, "Poor Idelle got tossed off the train in a bag." Dining Car Mary says, "who's dead?" Dining Car Mary says, "d'oh.. :(" Dining Car Duke whistles. "Wow." Dining Car Barbra says, "Ha ha!" Dining Car Weyland says, "Hey Fiona, didn't I have sex with her? ;p" Dining Car Idelle says, "Thus, you never saw Idelle going into the hotel dressed like a soldier or leaving dressed normally. ;)" Dining Car Mary says, "only in your sack. :p" Dining Car Duke says, "How bad-looking was Idelle, then? I was supposed to be elated at seeing such an attractive bride... but if she wasn't really Idelle..." Dining Car Weyland says, "No, seriously, Fiona was also brigette, some soft woman I was in love with or something." Dining Car Maestro says, "That little baggage thing was pretty important fact, you could of had a nice dead body for lunch Barbra" Dining Car Barbra says, "Ah ha!" Dining Car Mary says, "who threw her out the window?" Dining Car Duke is still confused. So Idelle, aka Fiona, did it? Dining Car Idelle bahs at Weyland. You weren't any good. ;) Dining Car Duke adds, "To herself, I guess." Dining Car Duke laughs. Dining Car Mary says, "who busted the windown from the outside and why?" Dining Car Duke says, "Maestro said Malcolm, right?" Dining Car Idelle says, "Fiona killed Idelle, and took her place, with the intention of retiring in America with Idelle's fortune." Dining Car Barbra knew that was weird how Idelle acted. She suspected there might be papers in there. Dining Car Weyland grins, "You left me a note to come have a 'cocktail' though ;p. Dining Car Duke thinks we ALL got that. Dining Car Maestro says, "Malcolm was the one who was up on the roof, slipped and almost feel down, broke the window but got sooty trying to hold on with the rope he had" Dining Car Weyland laughs and knows ;p Dining Car Idelle says, "And hopefully getting one of her enemies accused of the murder." Dining Car Duke ahhs. OK. Dining Car Mary says, "what was he doing up there?" Dining Car Duke says, "So why didn't I recognize Idelle as being Fiona?" Dining Car Maestro says, "trying to complete his contract, he was the assassin the duke hired" Dining Car Barbra says, "She had a facelift." Dining Car Idelle has a large makeup kit. Dining Car Weyland says, "And why didn't I? Considering I apparently slept with her, eyes are the window to the sould mind you ;p" Dining Car Duke rotfls! Dining Car Duke nods. Dining Car Maestro says, "well, as you said in your sheet, it's the first time you ever met her, and she's more beautiful in person" Dining Car Mary says, "who locked us in the cabins?" Dining Car Duke says, "DID I never meet her? I thought I had." Dining Car Idelle says, "I insisted the lights be out, Wey. ;)" Dining Car Maestro says, "That be khover trying to snoop around, he wanted Fiona dead but not with him in the picture" Dining Car Weyland says, "Aah! :)" Dining Car Duke chuckles. Dining Car Barbra says, "She's been Idelle for a while." Dining Car Weyland got the hottie atleast ;p Dining Car Barbra says, "Or, at least, posing as her." Dining Car Barbra says, "I guess, technically, they've both been Idelle." Dining Car Mary says, "so a bunch of potentional killers all had given mixed up clues." Dining Car Duke nods. "Evidently." Dining Car Barbra says, "Okay, who was everyone again?" Dining Car Weyland says, "Revian" Dining Car Duke says, "I put out the hit order... I stuck my saber through, which actually caught Barbra... oh, I'm Lichten." Dining Car Mary says, "Mary= china" Dining Car Idelle says, "Raevnos." Dining Car Mary says, "who'd I cut?" Dining Car [OOC] Weyland says, "Really funny page: 'http://www.corsinet.com/braincandy/wrlyric.html' check it out" Dining Car Barbra says, "Not me." Dining Car Weyland says, "Ewww! I slept with a cross-dresser!" Dining Car Maestro says, "Trispis was playing Malcolm there for a while.." Dining Car Duke rotfls. Dining Car Duke ahhs. Dining Car Mary nods. Dining Car Idelle says, "Did you expect anything more from mush sex? ;)" Dining Car Barbra says, "Well, I saw her as a cross-cross-dresser." Dining Car Duke says, "Who else is out there?" Dining Car Maestro says, "and belinda was played by Grinna" Dining Car Weyland bitschslaps idelle, "How would you!", and drags her to springer. Dining Car Mary says, "who was Jean-Pierre?" Dining Car Mary says, "and Pompett?" Dining Car Barbra was a cross-cross-dresser two LARPs ago. Dining Car Duke thinks you should pose information about this on the BB or something... Dining Car Maestro says, "Pompett was just by me to get the ball rolling" Dining Car Duke says, "And maybe post the logs, as strange as they're going to be..." Dining Car Mary says, "did we get who Belinda was?" Dining Car Maestro says, "Well it's not stranger then the last one, Grinna" Dining Car Barbra says, "I think playing a simple cross-dresser is hard enough." Dining Car Mary nods. Dining Car Mary says, "well I thought this was fun. :)" Dining Car Barbra says, "I like this charactor, I got to look down on everyone." Dining Car Duke hmms. "Who were you, Barbra?" Dining Car Mary applauds Maestro. Dining Car Barbra=David. Dining Car Duke really enjoyed himself. "Plus, I had all SORTS of information. Thanks, amigo, for putting this all together!" Dining Car Duke ahhs. Dining Car Barbra says, "And, BTW, why is my name barbra?" Dining Car Duke stands up and joins Barbra/David in applauding Maestro. Dining Car Barbra says, "What kind of weird name is taht?" Dining Car Idelle says, "It was confusing... the character sheet I got was all out of order, so even I didn't know who I was until I almost finished reading it. :P" Dining Car Duke says, "It's the way Barbra Streisand spells it, IIRC..." Dining Car Barbra isn't applauding anyone, silly. Dining Car Duke erms. Wrong line. Mary. Dining Car Barbra says, "Well, it's weird looking." Dining Car Mary grins. Dining Car Duke is having manic eyes syndrome... I can't quite see everything on screen accurately. Dining Car Maestro says, "at least I made sure you read the char sheet :)" Dining Car Mary says, "it took me a while to put the times in the right order as I knew them." Dining Car Barbra says, "Me too." Dining Car Barbra says, "Everyone come over to the RolePlay channel." Dining Car Maestro says, "The game was originally meant for a round based game, I decided to experiment for a little bit more of freedom in the RP.."
